Links to blogs and personal sites
This is a list of blogs and websites, primarily by people who are coping with DID/MPD or another dissociative disorder. It can sometimes be really lonely and isolating to cope with DID, and I’ve found that one way of feeling like I’m not alone is to read other people’s blogs. It gives me a sense of the ebb and flow of the healing process, and I also learn some new coping skills, or get a chance to make friends with other people who are coping with dissociation or the aftermath of child abuse.
I don’t make any personal recommendations of the blogs or websites. The primary criteria I have are that it be a site that is written by a person who is dealing with dissociation or the aftermath of child abuse, and that the site can be found (at least as of the point where I linked to it). I’ll try to stay on top of clearing out links that no longer work, but I make no promises.
Browse through the sites. Some may be interesting to you, and others might not. Be aware that there might be triggering material (although most of the writers do tend to be sensitive to warning about that).
If you have a blog or website you’d like to see added to this list, either post a comment or email me at jigsaw(dot)analogy(at)gmail(dot)com. Likewise, if your site is listed here, and you would rather it weren’t, please let me know. Thanks!

I have a blog listed on your site-Secret Shadows, and I just wanted to let you know that I also run an online support group called Hidden Shadows at http://www.hiddenshadowssupport.net. This is cool that you have found so many blogs. I have not found that many yet. I have only been blogging since July. The support group I have has been up only since April but is going well. I will check out the other blogs you listed. Thanks for the info on the resources and the opportunity to share my resources.
